I have now been using my new ZenZone ice bath every day for the past 5 days and am so impressed. It was so easy to set up and the guide with tips for cold water therapy and links to music and guided breathing tracks was really useful. The tub looks great on my decking and the lid works great to keep the rain out and water clean. The added thermometer was a useful addition. Even in the hot weather at the weekend, the water temperature didn’t go up too much.
I have been most impressed with the aftecare provided by Zenchill checking in to see how I was getting on and being available with advice to get me started on my cold water journey alongside their Facebook group.
