I’ll start with the basics. Delivery was super quick. Set up was minutes. Quality is great too.

I have never tried an ice bath before but heard great things about them. This is super easy to set up. The first dip was hard but after the feeling it gives you after I looked forward to the others. I spend 10 minutes in mine and once out I love the feeling of the warmth coming back. I’ve also started sleeping better, I no longer wake up overnight, it gives me energy and I no longer want to nap during the day. I’m don’t feel as stressed and seem to be able to concentrate better too . But the biggest thing for me is the feeling of calm, I’m more relaxed. This is something I’ve know built into my routine. It has such a feel good factor.

I have two ice baths, one for my wife and one for myself, it’s been warm in Sussex the past week,

My ice bath (the zenzone) and an alternate ice bath that is my wife’s have had the same water in for the past 4 days, my ice bath is 3.5 degrees cooler than her black bath.

I will definitely recommend your products to family and friends, also Craig and the Zenspot community are very helpful and family like.

I have now been using my new ZenZone ice bath every day for the past 5 days and am so impressed. It was so easy to set up and the guide with tips for cold water therapy and links to music and guided breathing tracks was really useful. The tub looks great on my decking and the lid works great to keep the rain out and water clean. The added thermometer was a useful addition. Even in the hot weather at the weekend, the water temperature didn’t go up too much.
