Perfect for ice bath use

The Arctic Zen Floating Ice Bath Thermometer is exactly what I needed for monitoring the temperature of my ice baths. It’s easy to read, floats perfectly, and gives accurate readings every time. Ideal for anyone serious about cold water therapy!

The thermometer let in water immediately. After 3 uses it is unusable. It looked poorly made when it arrived.
When I contacted Zenchill I was informed that the use (I used it in a loch) is outwith the warranty so they could not help.
Ice dippers do not buy this thermo meter if you intend to use in anything other than an ice bath.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify that in our previous communication, we simply asked for images of the claimed fault so we could assess the issue. There was no mention of the warranty in that email.

You’re correct that the thermometer is not intended for use outside of ice baths, which may have contributed to the issue you’ve encountered.
